Infrared Services

AETI offers the latest in thermal energy detection, i.e. "heat" - a property which the human eye cannot see.

Our Video Therm 380 camera transforms the "heat" into a television image which can be viewed directly on the screen of a view finder or television monitor.

Our camera is first and foremost an infrared detection and diagnostic instrumentation that is designed to furnish easy-to-interpret analog displays of relative heat levels with graphic temperature readouts; however, Stationary Image Display (SID) (which allows for fixed viewing of objects without "Panning") and a visible picture in a picture (PIP) (which permits the simultaneous linking and recording of both infrared and visible segments of the radiation spectrum) are additional features of our camera.

We utilize the camera to provide proven and cost effective applications for infrared thermography in predictive maintenance programs, energy loss analysis, and routine inspection to detect otherwise invisible overheating components that could cause unexpected downtime.

The following are a few of the applications that the data from a thermographic inspection will assist your maintenance personnel to prevent downtime or other catastrophic occurrences.
